Mr Clement Yuen is a tax partner of the China Tax and Business Advisory Division of Ernst & Young China. He has
over 18 years of China experience and has practised tax consulting in both Shanghai and Hong Kong.
He specializes in China direct and indirect taxation, business laws and regulations, and corporate restructuring.
He has relevant experience in a variety of industries, including Hi-tech, utilities, retailing, transportation,
pharmaceutical, real estate, and electronics.
The spectrum of his advice spans across inbound investment by foreign companies, domestic tax affairs and
controversies of Chinese local companies, and outbound investment by state owned enterprises. His specialty also
includes international tax planning and cross border structuring involving Chinese companies.
