Ms Susan Lo is Director of Corporate Services and also serves as the Head of Professional Development and
Training at Tricor Hong Kong. Ms Lo has a long history of service with many listed clients and is currently the
named company secretary of six listed companies on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, five of which are H-share
companies. She also conducts regular induction programmes for directors and senior management of listed
issuers and is an active speaker at seminars.
Ms Lo, Chartered Secretary, is a Fellow of both The Hong Kong Institute of Chartered Secretaries and The Institute
of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators. Prior to joining Tricor in 2002, she was Director of Company
Secretarial Services at Ernst & Young and Tengis Limited in Hong Kong.
