Ms Ella Wong is a Senior Manager of Corporate Services at Tricor. Prior to joining Tricor in
2002, She was with Ernst & Young / Tengis Limited in Hong Kong.
Ms Wong has over 15 years of experience providing corporate services to private and listed
companies. Ms Wong is currently the named company secretary of two Hong Kong listed
issuers. Her exposure to listed issuers include reputable H share companies in the insurance
and banking sectors, some of which Ms Wong has been servicing since their IPOs in Hong
Kong.
Ms Wong is a Chartered Secretary and an Associate of both The Hong Kong Institute of
Chartered Secretaries (HKICS) and The Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators
(ICSA) in the United Kingdom. Ms Wong holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from The
University of Hong Kong and a Postgraduate Diploma in Corporate Administration from City
University of Hong Kong.
