Mr Herald Lau has been practising as a Certified Public Accountant in Hong Kong
for over 30 years and has extensive experience in all aspects of the profession and
in management. He was formerly a Partner in PricewaterhouseCoopers, Hong
Kong, until his retirement from the firm in June 2001.
Mr Lau now serves as an independent non-executive director of Fairwood Holdings
Limited, Kerry Properties Limited and Wheelock Properties Limited, and as an
independent director of China World Trade Center Company Limited (Beijing). He
is a Fellow of The Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and the
Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
