Ms Susan Lo is a Director of Corporate Services and also serves as the Head of
Professional Development and Training for Tricor.
Susan is a Chartered Secretary and a Fellow of both The Hong Kong Institute of
Chartered Secretaries and The Institute of Chartered Secretaries and
Administrators. Prior to joining Tricor in 2002, she was a Director of Company
Secretarial Services at Ernst & Young and Tengis Limited in Hong Kong.
Susan has served many listed clients over the years and is currently the Company
Secretary of five Hong Kong Stock Exchange listed companies, including three
H-share companies. Susan also conducts regular induction programmes for
directors and senior management of listed issuers and is an active speaker at
seminars.
