Mrs Natalia Seng is the Joint Head of Corporate Services for Tricor and plays a key
role in counselling clients on corporate, regulatory and compliance issues. She also
serves as the Joint Head of China Services, with responsibilities to develop the
company's business in Mainland PRC.
Natalia is a Chartered Secretary, Vice-President, Council Member and Fellow of The
Hong Kong Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Fellow of The Institute of
Chartered Secretaries and Administrators. She holds a Master's degree in Business
Administration (Executive) from City University of Hong Kong and an Executive
Diploma in Management from Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. Natalia was a Director of Company Secretarial Services at Ernst & Young and Tengis
Limited in Hong Kong from 1994 until she joined Tricor in 2002.
Natalia is currently the Company Secretary of three listed companies (including two
H-share companies) and also the Company Secretary of the manager of a listed
REIT on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
